A Letter To My Clients

To each and every one of you,

As we all know well by now, there is a concern due to COVID-19 which is spreading rapidly. This is having a huge impact on lives across the nation and across the world. But my message here is not to focus on that. I want to focus on what I can do for you. I want to assure you that I am here with you. You are a part of my community and I care for your wellbeing and your safety. As of now, if you have booked with me, I am honoring any deposits put forth for a date change. In the event you choose to cancel, I am more than understanding of financial situations and urge you to reach out to me. If you were interested in booking but unsure of a date, a gift certificate can be purchased and used at a later date.

I planned on sharing a mini session before the state of emergency was declared and decided to hold off at the time. However, I will make that available at a discounted rate good anytime through the year. And I know there are parents who are worried their seniors will not get a chance to walk. I am happy to photograph a few seniors for free, prints are the only thing you'd need to purchase. I want to make it clear any session booked will have a portion of the proceeds donated to Feeding America to ensure that families and individuals all over will have food no matter what happens. While I am a small business trying to provide for myself, it is important to give back where and when I can. I want to make sure you know I am taking every precaution to ensure my safety as well as yours and your loved ones. I also want to make sure you are staying healthy, so here are a few tips as we navigate through this stressful time:

  • Follow the CDC and your local state government guidelines

  • Be sure to take time to not only stretch your boxy but relax your mind - your mental health is important

  • Take the opportunity to try something new whether its a new craft or trying your hand at cooking

  • If at home with children, enjoy the time you have with them whether that means a structured schedule to assist them with home learning or just a day filled with activities

  • Be sure to have compassion and patience

I'm beyond appreciative of having the honor of not only having your trust with your memories but in serving my community. Moving forward I want to maintain a line of communication and be here by your side as we navigate through the unknown that lays ahead. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns or if you just want to talk.

I'm here, please let me know what I can do for you. We will get through this together.

With Love,

La'Quitia
